I’m not exactly a crazy purse woman, toting around my mortgage payment on my shoulder. I lose things too often to have truly expensive taste. So, what do I do? I see what women like, hear what they talk about and I always go check out the purses at Goodwill. I have definitely found great deals thrifting for bags, and I know you’ve heard the stories too. Rumor has it there was even a full set of Louis Vuitton luggage donated to a local Denver Goodwill. Wish I could have been there the day that hit the floor!
This weekend was no exception - I felt like I could write a song with all the expensive couture bags I found! Wow, I am so grateful that people recycle these bags. Why throw out such fabulous things? They should be enjoyed for as long as possible.
So, without further adieu, here are some of the great options I found from the fabulous donations people made.
First, a nice kelly green Kenneth Cole Reaction bag, a little Guess number, and a hand-made button purse are perfect small bag options. My guess is that these gems collectively cost around $100.
Or? What if you want to funkify a look and have more room? Well, my favorite is this FAB pink leather Nine West purse, and the funky get down Steve Madden disco purse, or the camel colored PRADA purse. (I’m not sure if it’s real Prada, but it was well made). Collective cost? At least $120.
Or if you are going places on a lovely spring day and need even MORE room for clothing layering, cameras, snacks or flip-flops, these two can help you there. Liz is in bright orange, inviting and almost sorbet colored. The other fun bag is a unique hand-made bag. Collectively costing probably around $100.
Love these options!
